1. What exactly do you do?

We deep clean large and extra-large dog beds that don’t fit in your home washing machine. That includes the covers and the inner foam or filling, removing dirt, fur, odours, and stains so your dog gets a fresh, comfy place to rest — and you get a cleaner home.

2. Why not just wash it myself?

Big dog beds are tricky. Most won’t fit in a standard washing machine, and hand-washing the foam can leave it damp, heavy, and still smelling. We use the commercial equipment, cleaning methods, and drying process to get it genuinely clean — inside and out.

3. How does the process work?

  1. Pickup – We do pickup runs every Monday & Wednesday.

  2. Deep Clean – Covers and inserts are washed separately with enzyme-based, fabric-safe detergent.

  3. Drying – Beds are dried completely to prevent mould or mildew.

  4. Return – We drop it back fresh, fluffy, and ready for your dog to enjoy.

4. What detergents do you use?

We use Biozet Attack + Sensitive, a low-allergen, enzyme-based detergent that’s gentle on fabrics and skin but tough on dirt and odours. Prefer something else? We can use your detergent, or even just enzyme and baking soda for a fragrance-free, chemical-light clean.

5. Is it safe for sensitive dogs?

Yes. Our standard detergent is hypoallergenic and free from harsh fragrances or dyes. We also offer fragrance-free options for pups with extra-sensitive skin.

6. How much does it cost?

Our pricing is based on service level:

  • Basic Freshen-Up – Thorough bed cover wash & dry for beds with light dirt and odour.

  • Deep Clean Deluxe – Full cover and foam wash for stubborn smells and stains.

  • Ultimate Beddy Rescue – Heavy-duty restoration for beds in serious need of TLC.

We also offer add-ons like seasonal cleans, foam top-ups, and emergency call-outs.

7. How long does it take?

Most jobs are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on the size of the bed and drying conditions.

8. What areas do you service?

We’re based in Quakers Hill and cover surrounding suburbs in Sydney. Contact us to check if we can come to you.

9. Will the bed be completely odour-free?

In most cases, yes. However, some odours caused by deeply embedded oils, mould, or prolonged neglect may only be reduced — not fully removed. We’ll always be honest about the expected results before we start.

10. Do you clean cat beds too?

Absolutely — if it’s got fur, smells, and needs freshening, we can help!

11. Can you fix rips or damaged zippers?

Small repairs are coming soon! For now, we focus on cleaning, but we can advise you on simple fixes.

12. What if it rains on pickup or drop-off day?

No worries — beds are sealed in protective bags during transport, so they stay fresh and clean until they’re safely back inside your home.

13. Is there anything you don’t clean?

We don’t handle heavily soiled items contaminated with hazardous waste (e.g., faeces from unvaccinated dogs), or items infested with pests. We also won’t clean beds with severe structural damage that could break apart in the wash.

14. How often should I get my dog’s bed cleaned?

For most dogs, every 3–4 months is ideal to keep odours, allergens, and bacteria at bay. For dogs with allergies, skin issues, or heavy outdoor play, more frequent cleans are recommended.

15. Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. As long as we can safely access the bed and arrange safe drop-off (porch or back yards), we can work around your schedule.

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Bank deposit & Pay ID. Payment is due before or at the time of bed return.

17. Can I give you more than one bed at a time?

Yes! We offer multi-bed discounts so you can freshen up all your pet beds in one go.

18. Where will my dog sleep without their bed tonight?

Most of our cleans are completed within 2 nights, so your dog isn’t without their bed for long. We recommend using a spare blanket, a folded doona, or even a temporary mat in their usual sleeping spot for the night. If you don’t have a backup, let us know — we may be able to loan you a clean temporary bed while we work on yours.

19. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes — if you’re not happy with the result, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean your bed at no extra cost (where possible).
